3M™ cloth belt 241E is a durable aluminum oxide cloth belt recommended for your metal deburring and general sanding applications such as removing and blending of right angle welds on mild steel and aluminum. 3M™ cloth belt 241E comes with fast cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grains resin bonded to a firm XE-weight rayon cloth backing give our belt continuous cut and long life performance necessary for more aggressive dry sanding applications. For finishing on metal, the closed coat construction offers a consistent, fine finish and is suitable for producing a grain pattern. This belt should not be run wet.
